Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable.
• 6 years of relevant experience required.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for development, implementation and evaluation of nursing education programs.
• Oversee continuing education operations and online learning initiatives.
• Lead workforce-focused educational offerings to strengthen nursing practice across diverse settings.
• Co-teach masterclass offerings within the Helene Fuld Institute for EBP.
