The director oversees continuing education operations, online learning initiatives, workforce-focused educational offerings, and evidence-based practice programs designed to strengthen nursing practice across diverse healthcare settings, including rural and community hospitals. This leader serves as a recognized expert in evidence-based practice and professional development and co-teaches masterclass offerings within the Helene Fuld Institute for EBP.**Minimum Requirements:**Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable. 6 years of relevant experience required. 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.## Additional Information:*For grant-funded positions identified as ‘regular,’ please note that employment is contingent upon funding.
