Job summary

Mount Auburn Hospital is seeking an Operations Administrator for Nursing to coordinate daily department operations across inpatient and ambulatory units. You will partner with Nursing leadership to deliver high-quality service to patients and support multispecialty programs.

The role requires strong project management, confidential handling, and the ability to manage documents, budgets, and equipment with an eye on regulatory readiness and Environment of Care rounds across the hospital.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• 3-5 years hospital administrative experience required.
• Ability to work independently on diverse projects.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Experience with MS Office and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and resource policies; support unit coordinators.
• Coordinate documents, invoices, purchase orders, and staff reimbursements.
• Serve as liaison with divisions; staff improvement projects.
• Oversee facilities/engineering projects and tech installations.
• Represent department at meetings; manage patient belongings and reimbursements.
• Other duties as assigned.
