Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• 5+ years in direct patient care; 3 years hospital nursing experience.
• 1 year nursing supervisory experience required; inpatient Nurse Manager experience preferred.
• Strong charge nurse experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Supports Nurse Managers and Clinical Directors by reinforcing unit action plans for patient satisfaction.
• Role model for staff; collaborates and problem-solves to improve patient/customer satisfaction.
• Represents the hospital and responds to patient, visitor, and hospital personnel issues.
• Evaluates dissatisfaction cases and intervenes to promote resolution and patient/family satisfaction.
• Ensures timely communication with Patient and Guest Relations.
• Oversees service recovery tools and staff training.
• Coordinates nursing resources and deployment of the Nursing Resource Pool across shifts.
