Connections Health Solutions in Leesburg, VA seeks a Manager, Nursing to lead nursing operations, support quality initiatives, and coordinate staffing for a fast-paced behavioral health environment. The role partners with facility leadership to promote continuity of care, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

This position will contribute to establishing a strong nursing culture at the new Loudoun facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Unrestricted RN license in Virginia
• BLS certification
• 2 years managerial experience
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (JCAHO/DBHDS/CMS)

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day nursing operations in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates staffing, workload management, and clinical oversight to ensure safe, high‑quality care.
• Leads recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance development of nursing staff.
• Ensures regulatory readiness and quality initiatives are implemented across the facility.
