Job summary

Connections Health Solutions in Leesburg, VA is hiring a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 0.3 day shifts. The role emphasizes medication administration, assessments, and documentation within a behavioral health crisis care setting.

Applicants must have an active Virginia LPN license, at least 2 years in psychiatric/behavioral health, and be able to perform Safe Clinch restraint techniques. Shift differentials are offered to increase earnings.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Unrestricted active LPN license in Virginia or multi-state license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in psychiatric/behavioral health.
• Ability to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document medications as prescribed; transcribe orders.
• Collaborate with RN on care plans and report vital data.
• Draw labs and provide wound care as ordered by Providers.
• Educate individuals and families about diagnoses and medications.
