Qualifications

• Current and valid LVN or RN license in Texas.

• Strong experience in Infection Control/Prevention.
• Basic proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in managing nursing staff schedules and performance evaluations.
• Provide direct supervision and guidance to LVNs and nursing personnel.
• Monitor patient care activities for compliance with protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and quality improvement programs.
• Respond to patient and family concerns with compassionate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing activities, staffing, and patient care.
• Support infection control initiatives and safety protocols.
