Responsibilities

• Provide general management for the operations of a Patient Care Center, supporting the mission and goals of VUMC.
• Provide strategic and operating leadership for large, complex PCCs in collaboration with medical and administrative leaders.
• Lead planning, implementation, evaluation of activities, and ensure resources meet PCC goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff; drive performance improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
