Job summary

This role supports multiple high-volume cardiovascular clinics and diagnostic testing areas with a staffed team and daily day shifts. The position requires a Master’s degree (preferred) and at least 3 years of healthcare leadership experience, with 5–7+ years

Qualifications

• Master's degree strongly preferred (MHA, MBA, MPH, Healthcare Administration, Health Services Management, or related field).
• Minimum 3+ years healthcare leadership experience required. 5-7+ years preferred.
• Experience leading ambulatory healthcare operations, preferably within an academic medical center, large physician practice, cardiovascular service line, or multi-site specialty practice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates to operationalize the mission, strategic plan, budgets, resource allocation, operational plans, and policies for the PCC, Hospitals and Vanderbilt Clinic.
• Prepares annual operating and capital budgets following established guidelines and using benchmark data.
• Develops and monitors the implementation of area specific quality plan linked to organizational goals.
