Qualifications

• RN license in Virginia is required (VDHP).
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• 2 years staff nurse experience required.
• Charge nurse experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates clinical performance based on organizational priorities and improves quality of care.
• Evaluates service practices to improve patient experience and satisfaction.
• Facilitates a collaborative work environment with onboarding and staff development.
• Assists with strategic planning, goal setting, and day-to-day operations integration.
• Monitors productivity and efficiency; recommends action plans.
• Collaborates with the health system, EMS, and community to improve access and volume.
