Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing for a long-term care facility in Frostburg, MD. The role works with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily nursing operations, guide the nursing team, and ensure high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include monitoring care plans, supporting staffing, participating in audits, and promoting regulatory compliance. A valid RN license and prior supervisory experience in long-term care are preferred; the position offers comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Active RN license or ability to obtain.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Supervisory or nursing leadership experience preferred.
