Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 3 years clinical leadership experience.
• 2 years management experience in clinical area.
• California RN license.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Professionals certification.
• ACLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe, clean working environment and adheres to infection control requirements.
• Coordinates leadership, management, operational, quality improvement and clinical activities of the unit.
• Serves as a professional role model, mentor and clinical resource for staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
