Job summary

• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON in planning, developing, and directing daily nursing operations.
• Develop and update nursing policies and procedures.
• Oversee staffing needs and scheduling for RNs and CNAs.
• Participate in facility surveys and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Provide direct nursing care as needed.
