Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a Nursing Administration leader at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital, focusing on Women’s, Children’s and Behavioral Health units. You will oversee operations, finance, and strategic planning to advance patient care quality and department growth.

You will manage budgets, develop staff, and collaborate with systemwide leaders to drive performance improvement, safety, and patient experience initiatives.

Formación

• Master's degree in Nursing, Business, or related field required or enrollment in a Master’s program with completion in 3 years.
• RN licensure required.
• 5–7 years of experience in healthcare management.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and administer operational aspects to provide quality patient care.
• Prepare and manage departmental operating and capital budgets.
• Monitor productivity and staff development within departments.
• Lead performance improvement, safety, quality and service initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with department managers and physicians.
