Job summary

Elk Ridge Health is seeking an Associate Director of Nursing to oversee administrative and clinical operations across Elk Ridge centers. The role focuses on delivering high-quality healthcare, coordinating services, and leading a diverse team of nursing professionals under regulatory guidelines.

You will drive performance, partner with IT for EHR-related initiatives, and advocate for patient-centered care in a dynamic health system environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Seven years of hands-on patient care nursing.
• Three years of supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Arizona.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Level I fingerprint clearance card or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Identifies care gaps within Elk Ridge centers and develops action plans.
• Promotes public health and disease prevention through community outreach and technology.
• Manages administrative clinical operations to ensure high standards of care.
• Implements a Continuous Quality Improvement approach across clinical operations.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Provides leadership, supervision, and guidance to healthcare professionals.
