Hialeah Hospital in Florida seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to lead clinical teams, coordinate patient care, and drive quality outcomes around the clock. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and clinical expertise to support a busy acute care setting.
Applicants should have 3–5 years of clinical experience with 1–2 years in a leadership role; BSN preferred, Florida RN license required, ACLS and BLS certification is necessary, with additional unit-specific qualifications as needed.
Position Summary:
Directs and coordinates clinical activities in the department. Maintains responsibility for planning and managing patient care, departmental activities and personnel. Provides leadership and direction in accordance with organizational goals and objectives. Maintains responsibility and accountability for 24 hour per day management. Demonstrates the ability to work with the patient's growth, development and psychosocial needs specific to each population being served.
