Job summary

Hialeah Hospital seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to direct and coordinate clinical activities within the department, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to organizational goals. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and 24-hour operational responsibility.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in clinical roles with 1–2 years in management, a BSN (preferred), and active Florida RN licensure with ACLS/BLS as required by the unit.

Demonstrates the ability to work with the patient's growth, development and psychosocial needs specific to each population being served.
