Job summary

Confluence Health in Wenatchee, WA is seeking an experienced ER nurse to join our full-time team. The position requires RN licensure in Washington and ER experience preferred.

You will deliver patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, collaborating with physicians and the health care team to maintain professional standards in a fast-paced emergency setting. The role reports to the Emergency Services Clinical Manager.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of Washington (RCW 18.88) or via multistate license.
• BSN preferred as a future credential.
• Basic computer skills (Windows, email).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates communication and interactions per Conduct Code in all job aspects.
• Provide high quality patient care using the nursing process.
• Documentation of assessments, plan of care, and responses in medical records.
• Collaborates with physicians and health team members for effective patient care.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and disaster readiness as required.
