  • Foster collaboration across clinical and support staff to maintain high-quality care.
  • Design staffing models to align resources with patient acuity and volume.
  • oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of nursing staff.
  • Manage departmental productivity and participate in budget planning.
  • Ensure compliance with licensure, regulatory standards, and safety protocols.
