Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Master’s degree in Nursing Administration or related field preferred.
• Active Kentucky Registered Nurse License or compact license.
• PhD or DNP in Nursing preferred for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategic leadership and goal alignment for assigned departments.
• Directs nursing practice design and the development of clinical protocols.
• Oversees recruitment, onboarding, performance management and staff development.
• Manages annual operating budgets and resource stewardship.
• Develops staffing plans and productivity benchmarks for patient care.
• Fosters shared governance and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
• Advances culture of service excellence and patient safety.
