Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state they are working or covered by compact (required).
• BLS certification (preferred upon hire).
• PALS, ACLS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assumes 24-hour responsibility for supervising and coordinating activities in the assigned areas.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and achieve KPIs.
• Models core cultural and safety behaviors and ensures high reliability principles.
• Meet productivity targets and support strategic initiatives.
