Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Day Shift, full-time Endoscopy Lab B Nursing Manager. You will lead an Endoscopy department comprising 25–30 FTEs across five procedure rooms with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, an active RN license, and BLS within 14 days of hire. 3–5 years of clinical nursing leadership and a specialty certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license or current license deemed acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission and values of the organization and advocate for quality patient care and excellent customer service.
• Involved in system planning, budgeting, manpower planning and program development to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.

• Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.


• Leads a high-volume Endoscopy department encompassing 25 to 30 FTEs, five procedure rooms, and pre/post-op services

The nurse manager will promote the mission and values of the organization and be an active advocate of providing quality patient care, excellent customer service and efficient health care. As a member of the management team, the nurse manager will be involved in system planning, budgeting, manpower planning and program development in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.

Job Requirements:
