Job summary

RM Management is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead all nursing operations in Minnesota. The DON will manage nursing staff, coordinate care plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering compassionate, high-quality care to clients.

Typical hours are M-F during business hours with after-hours triage to balance workloads. The role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to respond to emergencies with calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal) and computer skills.
• Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local nursing regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift/carry 30+ lbs. and meet physical requirements.
• Availability for on-call duties and emergency response.

We have after hour, weekend, and holiday Triage to assist in work life balance.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
