Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience with NCLEX examination blueprint and test-taking strategies is preferred.
• Proficiency with administrative procedures related to licensure readiness.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Available on campus, alternating service and availability to day and evening students.
• Provide personalized advising sessions to develop licensure plans.
• Interpret state and national licensure requirements and communicate updates.
• Coordinate licensure preparation with nursing faculty and staff.
• Facilitate workshops and webinars focused on licensure readiness and exam strategies.
• Monitor progress toward licensure milestones and maintain records of advising sessions.
