Job summary

The role requires an active FL RN license, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and at least 3 years of clinical experience. Schedule is Wed/Thurs 7a–7p; travel to campus sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in FL
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• 3 years of clinical experience
• Ability to design engaging educational content for diverse learners
• Experience delivering lectures and labs and providing feedback to students

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver class objectives in a clear, concise manner
• Foster and maintain a safe learning environment in classrooms and labs
• Maintain and prepare training aids and equipment
• Keep curriculum up to date with industry standards
• Evaluate student performance through assignments and exams
• Provide feedback and support to students to aid success
• Develop individualized plans to mitigate attrition
• Interact with students to meet program competency requirements
• Provide periodic reporting to stakeholders
• Meet with students and education personnel to discuss instructional programs
• Maintain regular interaction with students in online components
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress
• Deliver engaging lectures and lab sessions on topics and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
