The role collaborates with the Administrator and Medical Director to uphold standards of care for residents in a four-star facility with diverse clinical lines.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has supervisory experience, and is proficient with electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active RN license in the state of work.
• Minimum two years in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing facility, or related healthcare setting, preferably long term care.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing and directing day-to-day nursing services.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and policies within the facility.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain high quality patient care and staff development.
