Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the state of work (or LPN where allowed).
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related healthcare setting.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, and directing daily nursing operations in the facility.
