Vetter Senior Living invites experienced RNs to join a Director of Nursing Leadership Development Program designed to prepare you to lead clinical teams and influence quality outcomes within long-term care.

The immersive program spans 6 to 12 months, combining mentorship, leadership training, and hands-on operational exposure. Successful completion may lead to Director of Nursing opportunities across the Vetter network.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of five years of long-term care nursing experience.
• Prior supervisory, management, or leadership experience.
• Geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate within the Vetter organization.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building abilities.

• Lead and mentor clinical staff within nursing services.
• Collaborate with Directors of Clinical Services to improve quality outcomes.
• Support leadership development activities and placement into Director of Nursing roles.
