Job summary

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing and clinical services, shaping care delivery and staffing strategies across the hospital. You will drive budgeting, policy development, and program planning to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Applicants should have a BSN and an MSN/related master’s degree, with at least five years in nursing management. Strong regulatory knowledge, leadership presence, and EHR proficiency are essential for success in this executive role.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or related field required (enrollment allowed with plan to complete within two years).
Five years’ Nursing Management supervisory experience required.
Current, valid RN license in the practicing state.
Current BLS certification.
Valid driver’s license may be required in multi-site roles.

Responsibilities

Direct and facilitate nursing and clinical services with active leadership in hospital decision making.
Develop staffing plans and department budgets; ensure patient care staffing aligns with acuity and care goals.
Promote facility through internal/external health care activities and maintain high standards of care.
Oversee supervisory roles across clinical departments including nursing, therapies, dietary, radiology, labs, infection control, and staff development.
