Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and oversight of daily clinical operations.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff on assigned units and shifts.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
• Promote quality resident care, safety, and clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve positive resident outcomes.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, clinical audits, and administrative responsibilities.
• Serve as the Clinical Mentor's designee in their absence.
