Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 2 years experience in hospice.
• Strong knowledge of clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations.
• Supervise, coach, and develop nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
• Assist with patient care oversight and clinical quality initiatives.
• Review and support care plans to ensure appropriate service delivery.
• Conduct staff education, training, and performance evaluations.
• Assist with problem solving, escalations, and clinical decision making.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff.
