Grandview Healthcare Center in Iowa is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our caring team. You will oversee the Clinical Department, mentor staff, and help maintain a high standard of resident care.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, an unencumbered RN license in Iowa, CPR certification, and 2 years RN experience; leadership experience preferred. This is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field is required.
• Unencumbered State of Iowa RN license required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Two (2) years of RN experience; prior experience managing a nursing department preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Clinical Department to ensure residents receive a high standard of care.
• Assist with setting and attaining Nursing Department goals and fostering a positive, inclusive facility culture.
• Mentor and supervise nursing staff to support clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and promote resident safety and quality of care.
