Bethlehem Woods Nursing Center seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing Services to lead clinical teams and uphold high standards of resident care. Working with the Director of Nursing Services, you will develop and supervise nursing policies reflecting professional standards and corporate philosophy of care.

You will ensure compliance with Federal and State laws, mentor staff, and maintain a supportive, compassionate environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for resident care per professional standards.
• Develops, communicates, and maintains nursing policies and procedures with the Director of Nursing Services.
