Job summary

Woods Services in Langhorne, PA, is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the Nursing Services Department, develop programs, and ensure high-quality health services for residents. This role emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in patient care.

The Director will supervise staff, manage budgets, coordinate infection prevention activities, and partner with operations and HR to advance education and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active PA RN license and be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Candidates pursuing a Master's in Nursing may be considered with relevant leadership experience.
• Current driver’s license and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Nursing Department and oversees the Nursing Services management team.
• Ensures compliance with licensing, accreditation, and Woods policies.
• Develops and monitors budgets for the Nursing Department.
• Provides leadership for clinical staff development and infection prevention.
• Chairs committees and coordinates training and in-service programs.
