Qualifications

• Current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Completion of an approved LPN educational program required.

Responsibilities

• Work in post-acute facilities as an LPN.
• Track the wellbeing of patients, monitoring vital signs.
• Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history of residents.
• Administer and verify medications, monitoring their effects.
• Review residents’ charts and medical records.
• Assist with cultivating a safe, comfortable facility.
• Maintain appropriate stocks of medical supplies.
• Participate in IV set-up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures.
• Help orient and train medical staff.
