Job summary

Mass Digital Health is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Chillicothe, Ohio, offering an hourly rate up to $53 and the flexibility to set your own work schedule. You will work in post-acute facilities, monitor patients' wellbeing, administer medications, and help train medical staff.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
• High school diploma (or GED/equivalent).
• At least 1 year of experience (LPN or related role).

Responsibilities

• Work in post-acute facilities as an LPN.
• Track the wellbeing of patients, both physical and mental.
• Conduct intakes and document health concerns.
• Administer and verify medications and monitor effects.
• Review residents' charts and medical records.
• Maintain appropriate stocks of medical supplies.
• Participate in IV set up and phlebotomy procedures.
• Assist with the orientation and training of medical staff.

Job Responsibilities

• Work in post-acute facilities as an LPN
• Track the wellbeing of patients, both physical and mental, and monitor their vital signs
• Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history of residents
• Administer and properly verify medications and monitor their effects
• Review residents' charts and medical records
• Assist with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility
• Maintain appropriate stocks of medical supplies
• Participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
• Help with the orientation and training of medical staff

Qualifications

• Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
