Job summary

Mass Digital Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the diverse needs of residents in post-acute facilities. This role offers a flexible schedule and competitive hourly pay, ranging from $30 to $53.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring residents' conditions, maintaining medical records, and assisting with medication administration. Applicants must hold a current LPN license in Ohio and have at least 6 months of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 6 months experience as an LPN (or similar role).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support the diverse needs of residents in post-acute facilities.
• Monitor residents’ mental and physical conditions and vital signs.
• Facilitate the intake process, including documentation of medical histories.
• Assist with medication administration and monitoring of effects on residents.
• Maintain residents’ medical records and charts.
• Help with immunizations, IVs, and blood draws.
• Ensure residents have a comfortable and safe environment.
• Adhere to residents’ care plans and comply with regulations.
• Contribute to the maintenance and inventory of medical supplies.
• Assist with new hire orientation and training.

Earn an hourly rate of up to $53 as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in South Point and throughout southern Ohio, with flexible schedules and paid hourly wages.
