Mass Digital Health is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Wellston, Ohio, offering flexibility in work schedules and an hourly pay rate of up to $53. Our nurse-founded company supports your work-life balance with the ability to choose shifts and time off as needed.

Qualified candidates will have a current Ohio state license and at least a year of experience. The role includes responsibilities such as monitoring patient wellbeing and assisting in medical procedures.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Completion of an approved LPN educational program required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent necessary.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience (LPN or related role).

Responsibilities

• Work in post-acute facilities as an LPN.
• Track the wellbeing of patients, monitoring vital signs.
• Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history of residents.
• Administer and verify medications, monitoring their effects.
• Review residents’ charts and medical records.
• Assist with cultivating a safe, comfortable facility.
• Maintain appropriate stocks of medical supplies.
• Participate in IV set-up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures.
• Help orient and train medical staff.

Skills
