Requirements include an Associates of Science in Nursing, active Kentucky RN license, and 2+ years of recent RN experience. Preferred is MSN and clinical experience in adult medical-surgical cohorts.

Qualifications

• Associates of Science in Nursing required.
• Two years RN experience in past five years.
• Active, unencumbered Kentucky RN license.
