Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical instruction and supervision of nursing students in clinical settings.
• Facilitate learning using the nursing process and clinical judgement.
• Assess and provide timely feedback on student performance to promote success.
• Develop clinical reasoning and professional communication while ensuring safe patient care.
• Complete weekly clinical evaluations, mid-term and end-of-term.
• Participate in instructor orientation and faculty meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
