Unitek Learning is seeking a Full-time Vocational Nursing Instructor to join our team. This position involves visiting clinical sites to supervise and teach nursing theory and clinical rotations, with duties across lectures and hands-on labs.

The incumbent will stay current with nursing practice, education standards, and safety regulations, and participate in committees and professional development. Salary ranges from $104,000 to $115,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN licensure in the state of teaching
• Current knowledge of nursing practice and patient care
• Ability to mentor students in classroom, lab and clinical settings
• Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
• Current immunizations and BLS certification

Responsabilités

• Improve quality of instruction using diverse teaching methodologies
• Incorporate online activities to enhance course content
• Review and revise syllabus as needed
• Submit program reports to Director in a timely manner
• Keep current with technologies and safety regulations
• Maintain student records of attendance, grades and skills check-off forms
• Update and maintain clinical requirements and immunizations
• Teach courses at varied times and locations
• Deliver both lectures and clinical rotations
• Participate in professional development and committees as needed

Formation

Bachelor's Degree + 3 years nursing experience

Associate Degree + 5 years nursing experience
