Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing is required.
• Active Minnesota RN license that has never been encumbered.
• Active CPR certification by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• 1 year clinical RN experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Previous teaching/training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in multiple modalities while promoting Rasmussen University's vision and mission.
• Maintain a full-time schedule (4.5-5.5 work units per quarter).
• Engage students with diverse teaching strategies and live classroom tools for synchronous sessions.
• Contribute to curriculum development and assessment for nursing.
