Qualifications

• Must be eligible to teach clinical courses at HCC affiliate sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with Texas RN license required.
• Master of Science in Nursing preferred.
• RN license must be active and employed in nursing in Texas for the past 3 years.
• Copy of transcript conferring required degree and certification(s) must accompany application.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses with varied times, locations and modalities to meet institutional needs.
• Provide academic advising and student support.
• Engage in professional development and participate in department and college service.
• Maintain professional relationships with students, colleagues, and community and adhere to college policies.
