Job summary

Motlow State Community College is accepting applications for a Nursing Instructor (BSN Faculty). The successful candidate will provide high‑quality instruction, develop and align course syllabi, and mentor students toward academic and career goals across multiple campuses in middle Tennessee.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an unencumbered Tennessee RN license; a Master’s in Nursing and CC teaching experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and an unencumbered Tennessee RN license.
• Master’s degree in Nursing preferred; unencumbered RN license.
• Three years of Community College teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses as assigned in accordance with catalog descriptions and syllabi.
• Travel to multiple campuses as assigned.
• Advise and mentor students about academic and career goals.
• Collaborate with faculty and leadership on curricular issues.
• Support college operations and participate in graduation exercises.
• Maintain office hours for student advisement and meetings.
