Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst to support AI training initiatives. Remote, hourly contract with 10-40 hours/week. You will analyze AI-generated healthcare content, review outputs against clinical workflows, and provide actionable feedback to improve accuracy and quality.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with EHR systems, health informatics, and clinical reporting, along with strong data interpretation and trend analysis skills.

Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training)

What You'll Do

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, data interpretations, and clinical reasoning for accuracy and quality
• Apply your EHR and health informatics expertise to review AI outputs related to clinical workflows, operational data, and health information systems

Who You Are

• Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
• Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting
• Ability to evaluate complex health informatics content clearly and systematically
• Comfortable working with clinical, technical, and operational subject matter
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with health information standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD coding, etc.)
• Background in clinical decision support or population health analytics
• Prior work with AI, machine learning, or NLP tools in a healthcare context
