Job summary

Bronson Healthcare Group is seeking a Nurse Informatics Manager (RN) to lead clinical informatics initiatives, ensure Epic documentation alignment, and drive improvements in nursing workflow.

The role requires a BSN with 3–5 years in healthcare leadership, a Master's in Informatics or Nursing preferred, and relevant certifications. You will partner with IT, clinical staff, and executives to optimize patient care and reporting. Strong communication and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and 3-5 years progressively more responsible experience in the health care field.
• Master degree with focus preferred in Informatics or Nursing preferred.
• Certification in specialty strongly preferred (must be in good standing and valid in the state of Michigan).

Responsibilities

• Sustain organizational adherence to Epic and clinical documentation requirements.
• Evaluates compliance, identifies gaps and leads teams to implement process changes.
• Coordinate implementation and maintenance of designated projects for clinical informatics.
• Lead upgrades and optimize documentation for clinical services including Nursing and Respiratory therapy.
• Collaborates with clinical caregivers at all levels to conduct performance improvement activities.
• Assists in evaluation of quality and appropriateness of care.
• Serve as Nursing Administrative liaison to IT to coordinate services and documentation optimization.
