Job summary

Bronson Healthcare is seeking a Manager of Clinical Informatics (RN) to sustain Epic adherence and optimize nursing and respiratory care documentation across the organization.

You will lead clinical informatics projects, coordinate upgrades, and partner with IT and clinical staff to improve processes, data accuracy, and patient safety. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BSN degree and 3–5 years progressively responsible health care experience required.
• Master's degree with focus in Informatics or Nursing preferred.
• Specialty certification preferred (must be in good standing and valid in Michigan).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with executives, leaders, staff, and physicians.
• Working knowledge of nursing standards and data analyses.
• Experience with nursing electronic documentation and clinical processes.

Responsibilities

• Sustain organizational adherence to Epic and clinical documentation requirements.
• Evaluate compliance, identify gaps, and lead process improvements.
• Coordinate implementation and maintenance of designated clinical informatics projects.
• Lead upgrades and optimize documentation for nursing and respiratory care.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and IT to drive performance improvement and safety.
