Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks a Nursing Home Administrator to lead overall facility operations and ensure quality patient care in compliance with laws and Life Care standards.

You will oversee financial operations, HR, customer service, business development, and clinical operations, implementing policies and managing the budget. Bachelor’s degree and an active NHA license required; ACHCA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the applicable state.
• 3+ years post-acute care experience preferred.
• ACHCA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility is compliant with all Federal, State, local, and JCAHO requirements.
• Ensure facility is clean and safe for patients, families, and staff.
• Serve as effective representative for the company in the community.
• Ensure census goals are met.
• Prepare and operate within annual budget.
• Effectively supervise the team.
• Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism.
