BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Nursing Home Litigation Attorney to join its Atlanta, GA practice. The attorney will manage a complex caseload spanning pre-litigation and trial proceedings, delivering skilled advocacy for clients.

You will collaborate with experts, draft pleadings, and guide clients through every stage of litigation, with a focus on meticulous writing and persuasive oral advocacy.

Qualifications

• Must hold a law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active GA State Bar membership in good standing is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience, preferably in medical malpractice or nursing home matters.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases on a daily basis.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process from start to finish.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
