Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Miami, Florida, seeks an experienced Nursing Home Attorney to manage a complex caseload spanning pre-litigation, litigation, trial preparation, and trial proceedings.

The ideal candidate will have a law degree, active Florida Bar status, 4+ years of personal injury experience (preferably medical malpractice or nursing home matters), and strong writing and advocacy skills to effectively represent clients throughout all stages of litigation.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active FL State Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 4+ years of personal injury experience, preferably in medical malpractice or nursing home matters.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Strong written and oral advocacy and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft expert reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
